What HR teams usually ask

Is Aestimo a buying agent?

No. We do not view homes or negotiate on behalf of your hire. We make sure the offer is right: the amount, the conditions and the timing, based on real transaction data. That is why it costs a fraction of a buying agent.

Is the advice independent?

Yes. Aestimo works only for the buyer. We receive no commission from sellers, agents or mortgage providers, so the advice is never steered by a sale.

Do we see our employees' details?

No. Budgets, income and the homes your hires bid on stay between them and Aestimo. If you want, you only receive an overview of how many hires used the service.

Which cities do you cover?

The whole of the Netherlands. Most internationals buy in and around Amsterdam, Utrecht, The Hague, Rotterdam, Eindhoven and Leiden, and we work with transaction data for every region.

Can we start with one hire?

Yes. Many employers start by recommending Aestimo to one or two people who are about to buy, and decide afterwards whether to make it part of every relocation.
